The Community Association has been involved with a number of major projects. In recent times we have arrange to have a footpath installed between the Community Centre and School.

The Community Association are responsible for the upkeep and management of the Ballinacree Community Centre. The Centre is a great amenity to have in the Community. It is used on an almost continual basis for various activities.  Weekly whist drives, St Fiach’s school concerts and Christmas fair. Cake sales, training courses and Election Polling Booth.

The Community Centre houses the local history museum which includes numerous artefacts and documents including an interactive display. It also normally includes the historical Ballinacree Banner (currently not on display)

The Community Centre and Museum contact is Seamus Smith. He will deal with any queries regarding the availability of the centre or an appointment to visit the Museum.

There is a defibrillator available in the Community Centre and there is wheel chair access.
