Ballinacree Community Association

Ballinacree Community Association is proud of their local heritage and will do their utmost to preserve and display it for many generations to come.

Preservation of the 1911 Ballinacree Fife and Drum Band Banner alongside the history, heritage and culture of the Ballinacree area will be displayed and archived in Ballinacree Heritage Room and Community Centre.

The Heritage Room will be fully accessible to the Community and Public for the purpose of knowledge, education, teaching and research. The mission of the archives is to support Ballinacree Community Association through collecting, preserving and making accessible, materials in all formats documenting the local history of Ballinacree and surrounding areas.

The purpose of the Heritage Room is to preserve through sourcing, protection, restoration and exhibition of Ballinacree memorabilia and artefacts.
